Majescor Resources Inc. (Majescor) is a mineral exploration and development company. The company was founded in 1996 and it principally engages in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties in Canada, Haiti and Madagascar. It holds a significant land position for uranium exploration and a portfolio of diamond properties in Quebec. The company's principal project portfolio includes the Mistassini-uranium property (100%-owned; under option to Strateco Resources Inc.), the Lac Laparre-uranium property (100%-owned; under option to Santoy Resources Inc.), the Haiti uranium property, a Haitian affiliate mining company (to acquire 10% interest in SIMACT) and the Mirabelli gold and base metal property, all located in the James Bay territory of northern Quebec. In addition to uranium, Majescor owns 100% mineral rights to four gold and base metal properties in Madagascar (under option to Sunridge Gold Corp.). It also holds 100% mineral rights to the Baker Lake uranium property in Nunavut. It is headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

In 2010, Majescor wishes to provide an update on its non-brokered private placement offering for a minimum amount of $3500000 on February 26,2010 and on the acquisition of all the remaining issued and outstanding common shares of SIMACT Alliance Copper Gold Inc.
