Summary

Abbastar Resources Corp. (Abbastar Resources) is an uranium exploration company. The company is formerly known as Abbastar Uranium Corporation and was incorporated in 1992. ABA principally engages in exploring near surface, low grade, large tonnage uranium deposits. The recent projects of the company include talbot lake gold project, consisting of an east-west striking and vertically dipping quartz vein containing visible gold, pyrite, copper sulphide and zinc sulphide which is located in north Ontario. The gold deposit extends for a depth of approximately 200m and remains open. Doran Uranium project which consists of 47 contiguous mineral claims covering approximately 2500 hectares in the Baie Johan Beetz area of Costebelle Township, Quebec. This property is located in the southeastern part of Quebec, along the north shore of the Gulf of St. Lawrence. The Doran Uranium Project consists of rocks that are pegmatite containing disseminated uranium mineralization which is similar to the Rossing Mine in Namibia. It has the 70% of the interest in the Doran Uranium Project and it was acquired in 2007 from Entourage Mining Ltd. The company is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
