Summary

Brinkley Mining Plc (Brinkley) is an uranium exploration company. The company was incorporated in 2005 and is involved in the identification, acquisition and evaluation of uranium resource projects in Southern Africa and Southern Sudan. The company’s subsidiary Western Uranium (Pty) Ltd operates the Waterval prospect in the Karoo region of South Africa. Brinkley Mining’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Brinkley Mining Project 4 Ltd, has a prospecting license for the exclusive exploration of uranium and associated minerals over an area of over 5,000 sq km of Budi County, Eastern Equatoria State, Southern Sudan. Brinkley’s 70% owned Nigerien subsidiary, African Uranium SARL, had obtained an exploration permit in Niger (Terzemasour 3). Its wholly owned Chad subsidiary, Brinkley Exploration (Tchad) S.A., has been granted three exploration permits in Chad. In December, the company sold its 100% subsidiary Brinkley Mining Project 7 Limited to Slyder Investments Limited. Brinkley is headquartered in London, the UK.
