Recently, the company announced the sale of Bluerock Energy Corp. which includes all the company's US assets except for toll Milling agreement with Denison Mines (USA) Ltd. and the Skull Creek project to Mancos Resources Inc. It has also signed letters of intent (LOI) with Victoria Gold Corp. for the purchase of 100% interests in the Hyland Gold Project, Yukon Canada and the Kaituma Uranium/Gold Project, Guyana.
