Cazaly Resources Ltd. is an Australian-based mineral exploration company. The company involves on the development and exploration of uranium, gold, iron, nickel, copper, and other base metals. Further, it focuses on the development of new projects and joint ventures for successful exploration over a range of properties. The company has five project areas, within the Pilbara region namely Parker Range iron ore project in the Yilgarn iron province, Pilbara Iron project, Rhodes Ridge iron ore project, West Kalgoorlie project. Its Hamersley Project covers approximately 85 square kilometers and is situated approximately 50 kilometers northeast of the Tom Price Township in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia. Cazaly owns exploration license applications in respect of the Rhodes Ridge project, comprising of undeveloped iron ore resources in Western Australia. The Rhodes Ridge joint venture  comprises a subsidiary of Rio Tinto Limited, Hancock Prospecting Pty Ltd and Wright Prospecting Pty Ltd. It joint venture projects include Quartz Circle (Graynic Metals 80%), Huckitta Project (Mithril Resources Limited 80%), East Kalgoorlie Project (Northern Mining 51%, Balagundi Gold Pty Ltd 24%), Jillewarra Project (Red Emperor Resources NL  51%), Lynas Find (Trafford Resources Limited 80%). Cazaly and signed a Memorandum of Understanding for a financing facility and off-take arrangement for its Parker Range Iron Ore Project.Recently, the company sold its Kalgoorlie West Gold Projects to Phoenix and in return it will receives $3.5m in cash and shares in addition to $2.5m on completion of drilling. The company is headquartered at Leederville, Australia.
